Tanked the big bang for a short while and only got affected slightly when he was hit with the force of 100 galaxies. He pulled a galaxy with one arm and through a neutron star billions of light-years when he was weaker. And so much more. If we're using post crisis then he pulled darkseid out of the source wall which DeSaad said took an immeasurable amount of strength. He pushed through space and time and also blitzed datkseid to the fucking source wall in second. He's so fast that he can actually move in the source where direction isn't even a thing. You can't go up down left or right yet superman did it. Over powers doomsday who broke out of the phantom zone with one punch. Survived a black hole that consumes universes. Lifted the spectre and he weighs infinity. Lifted the book of infinite pages. And destroyed timelines with his punches. I could go on but yeah. New 52 and rebirth they would have more of chance but superman superman will still come out on top and will be declared the victor. Plus he's the original and originals always wins.

In my opinion Gladiator needs a little but of a change and a power boost. I don't like how he has to be confident inorder to boost his power, that just seems stupid to me. If I were to write Gladiator, I would have him fight someone like the Hulk in a cool battle, but then he would get knocked out by an enraged Hulk with one punch. The Shi'ar Empire realizes that their biggest weapon is not as strong enough to contend with guys like Hulk, Thor and Sentry. When Gladiator is fully confident is definitely up there, but the Shi'ar Empire realizes that when Gladiator is not confident, he's a street level character and that's a problem. So the Shi'ar would try to enhance Gladiator to make him much stronger and not needing to be confident inorder to be strong. Gladiator would return to the Shi'ar Empire and go through these experiments. After the procedures are done, Gladiator emerges much more powerful than he was before and not only feels super confident but he feels driven. Gladiator sits on his thrown and monitors earth and says, "Next time". The reason I want Gladiator to get a power boost and to get rid of the confidence factor is because he jobs a lot, and a Superman archetype should not be a jobber. So my version of Gladiator would not need to be confident in order to stay strong. In fact I would retcon it as a mental block that Shi'ar removed to enhance him and become as powerful as he wants to be. This version of Gladiator would be a broken character in Marvel Comics. And the only characters that can defeat Gladiator are outerversal/multiversal threats. Establish Gladiator as a force to be reckoned with. No more inconsistent power riffs. No more jobbing. Gladiator is here to fuck shit up.
