Sir if plasmodium is infecting peoples then why it's not infecting mosquitos ? And from where mosquitos carry plasmodium before inserting ?

Because plasmodium is not harmful for mosquitoes it is present in stomach of mosquitoes when mosquitoes bite a human they transfer their plasmodium to human and carry plasmodium blood from humans that's they need
