Hello Sir, At 14.38, H1=-20. Since both values are in opposite directions should it not be Saddle point? Because in your previous videos we saw if H1>0, H2> 0 -> Local minimum and H1

dear... kindly Check again for maxima condition... It is H10 then it is local maxima... Here, H1=-20 so it is local maxima.... Hope it clear now.

sir what is fxy and fyx?

fxy means partial derivative of f w.r.t y and then w.r.t x. fyx means partial derivative of f w.r.t to x and then w.r.t. y
