when we talk abt electric bulbs or about the question in which sum of dice should lie between 65 to 75 we are talking about the sum of individual trials ,suppose the 1st trial outcome is 6 and 2nd one is 5 so on 20 trials so we get 20numbers. the questions states that the sum must lie between65 to 75 hence we shouldnt divide by n. when the question is about sample mean like p(|sample mean- true mean)| < E) then we have to divide by n
