This is just a drama not real but Arad's raspy lungs is real and needs to be tested as to what's causing it. It's gone on too long. Doesn't have to be filmed but he needs to find out why his child is always congested. Saiffulah may know this environment isn't good for Arad but making money off his child is more important.
