From the first bell, looking for that finish. That's it. There's no secret formula to making the exciting fighter. They want their finish and they go to work trying to get it. They take risks. They use their whole body, they are prepared to take hits - obviously they try to calculate what won't wobble them, not always successfully - they change their game plans, but that driving force to get at that other guy, and when they do get near him, unleash what they have made a point of working on - power, strength. And then you have the guys like Dricus who are also a submission threat, ready to grab every opportunity they can for that finish. All of the above means they may get caught, do get caught, but they aren't going down with a whimper. You got an exciting fight, you saw someone who not only wanted it, but went after it. And I like Dricus's personality. He's chatty. And he stands up for himself. He understands diplomacy, but the steel backbone is always there.

After Sean’s last fight it’s obvious there’s bias against him amongst the judges. If it was any other champ they would’ve gave the fight to champ against DDP, he won 3 rounds and had wayyyyy more significant strikes than him(just look at DDP post fight). The fight was close, but not enough to warrant Sean losing the belt.

Strickland fans are still crying. Strickland threw one or two kicks, so he didn't kick the shit out of anyone. Dricus threw plenty of kicks and some hit the elbow of his injured foot. Strickland had three cuts... One on his left eye, one on his right and the other on his head... And no, the so-called headbutt was a cut caused by a punch at the 4:30 mark of round 4. Strickland did need to go to hospital... To get stitches. Keep on crying, lads 😂

No one in the UFC gets to decide who they fight next, the UFC has their matchmakers and it's based on who's pulling the most ppv's, not fighter callouts.
