Hi Binoy, Welcome to my channel. About your concern, Yes! Dried fruits and Herbs might be a good business for you, specially in your country. But first, you must invest into Dehydrator machines if you want to do fruit business.. Fruit can be dried without adding preservatives and this can be store in a cool temperature like example fridge or supermarket, you can also add preservative by coating the fruits with powder sugar. Aside from that you can make lot of things with the machine. When you bought a good drying machine it normally come with manual guide as well, so this will really help you to understand the process and temperature! Hope it helps!

@@user-te6kl2qz5j Hi Binoy, when product are coated with sugar It should last 6 months to a year and should be enough preservative for your product. You can also add 2 tablespoon cornstarch per 1 cup of powder sugar to make your coating not so sweet, and keep in mind that finish product should be dry enough to not to spoil quick. When time comes you will learned more from your experience.. Go ahead and don't feel afraid. Please show us your creation when happen you started making it :). Goodluck!
