✍Hello Alaskan Lady Bears...Its really great seeing Mary so happy and I'm sure Tyler feels the same 💞 Seeing and hearing those cars on that race track sounds like you're here in Barberton cause we have a "Race Car Speedway" about a quarter of a mile from where we live and today it was louder than usual !! When we first moved here when we downsized 33 yrs ago we forgot about the Speedway being just up the road cause when the month of April came the races started every weekend... WoW the noise then it went quiet for a couple of years cause the owners put it up "for sale" it took a while for someone to buy and reopen it. Its good to see the Santa Claus House 🎅🤶 but that's just the big kid in me ha ha ha I'm worse than a kid ha ha ha I love Frankenmuth and the Christmas store there. I've always had Black out curtains in my home and love them. That was so cute when you said...all that squeakin and Beaan🐾 stopped and looked up at you like she knew exactly what you were saying !! Hello Joyce! Oh gosh, Tyler and I played a trick on Mary and surprised her with a visit from him. They are so sweet together, it makes my Mommabear heart happy 💕🥰 We have a race track on the other side of town, 4 miles away, but if the wind is blowing in the right direction, you can hear the car races just like they are next door. I was so sad that in Michigan when the track I grew up with closed down. We would be there all the time. Frankenmuth is a must stop for us when we are in Michigan, we will be there soon, I cannot wait, since our trip was cancelled last year. I bought those other curtains, because they were advertised as black out curtains, they were not, but they were pretty. These are so much nicer though. Beean really is very smart, she even "talks" back to us, it has to be the husky in her. I hope you are having a great weekend, God Bless and hugs from us! 🥰🤗🐾🐾🌻🍂

🤣🥰💕 We have been talking about a sit down chat video, to explain this relationship, I think that will be fun. Maybe we could record it while in Palmer next week 🤔😉 Oh those drifters came really close to the wall, some of those cars look like demolition cars. They said the reason the program was so short on Sunday was because of car wrecks and not enough replacement tires, LOL. Never to early for Santa House. I have been to Bronners a lot. We will try to go when we are in Michigan in October. Oh gosh keep reminding me of UAF, I need to schedule time! I love to see North Pole. Have not seen anything of the North Pole Plaza in a while. Use to be a hobby store I went to. I watched storms from Ester Dome travel from one side of Fairbanks to another. But like to see Fairbanks when it rains. I would still be hiking during the weekend.

We should wander around the North Pole Plaza, soon they will be having holiday bazaars in there. It hasn't changed, just some of the stores have. Was it Ben Franklins? I love the top of Ester Dome, but sadly everything up there is becoming overgrown, it's beginning to block the views. Sometimes we will still go out in the rain, the rain here is just mist a lot of the time, but it has been downright cold and windy, not fun.

@@AlaskanBearsVlogs I believe it was Ben Franklins. It had arts and crafts; model kits and train sets. I think it even had model rockets. This was before the internet so finding things to keep your mind occupied could be a challenge. I chose Tanks and Armored vehicles that were 'soviet' made that was Germaine to the 'task at hand'. We used to do 'all day' or 'all night' movements it that. We used to really get an attitude when everything on you get completely soaked and as we were a bunch of potty mouths. You should try it with and M-60 and the spare barrel on your back when everything is rain soaked. Definitely not fun!@

I went to the North Poles mall grand opening when it opened in the mid 80’s. And yes, I think it was Ben Franklins. The good old days!

Poor Hubby was so worried about those racer's tires 🙃🙃🤣🤣 ... oh well, I guess it's his engineer brain 😊 Those black out curtains are nice ... bet they will also help keep the heat in during the winter. I have a question ... might have missed something .... is the Gavora Mall new? Don't think I have seen that on any videos from Fairbanks/North Pole. A house tour would be really cool, if you all are ok with that. We are getting our deck cleaned/re-stained this week. Hi there! 🤣 that's exactly why the Sunday program was short, they were running out of tires. I thought about those black out curtains and winter and thought, maybe I won't put them on until Spring. But yes, they are really thick, I think they will help with the drafty windows. Gavora Mall is the strip mall where Joann's, Mimi Mart, and Sentry Hardware is, there is actually a lot there. A house tour will be coming soon. 😉 A new deck would be nice, having yours cleaned and re-stained would make it look new, we have been planning a deck since covid. We want to do Trex, so we don't have to take care of it. Is Hubby retiring soon? Hugs to you too! 🥰🤗🐾🐾🌻🍂

@@AlaskanBearsVlogs Hi Sherry. I hope you can get a Trex deck soon ... we would love to have that but a regular deck came with the house and we can't replace it. We get it cleaned and stained everyone few years so it's in good shape. Is Hubby retiring soon? Good question. We have been praying over that decision and talking about it all Summer. He is making an appt to speak with his supervisor this week to see what/if any arrangements can be made. He can retire at the end of the year because I can get medical insurance then but with things being so crazy and inflation, etc. he is considering another year. We don't know if that will happen or how that will look. Maybe reduce hours, definitely wants to work more from home, etc. His expertise is really needed by many so I think a mutually agreeable arrangement can be made, but we'll see. I'll keep you posted. Mary has been really persistent with getting after me to teach her to drive. For good reason, she is not getting practice, the last time I took her she seemed to be forgetting what to do 😥 All of the comments on the KZbin videos go into an area where I can answer them best on my PC. I like that. I do have the program on my AK Bears phone, which is where Larry messages on messenger. But I can only see a portion of the comments on the phone, it's a pain. I like doing it from the PC. Soooo, the phone doesn't get much attention, that's why my facebook and messenger, don't get answered right away. Sorry, that was a long explanation. We should do a Santa House tour soon, before the Christmas rush 😉🎄 The crack in my windshield is driving me insane, but I don't have $1000 to fix it right now. My flowers are mostly gone, they couldn't handle all of the hot, cold, back and forth. We picked the color of Mary's room as a base color to do an Ombre sunrise. Then we were going to change the carpet, problem is both girls need to empty the rooms at the same time to change carpet up there. The clothing changes here are a lot! Our summer clothes are more for vacations, than our Alaskan summers 🤣🌞🍂🌻

That use to make Mary mad, when I would interrupt her, but we have talked about it. At my age I am forgetful and if I have something in my head and don't say it, I will think I did. So then she gets that, "I told you that", when I really didn't. So now she gives me grace 😅 Heather too actually. I love my girls 🥰
