@Olysk8er good suggestion as i skateboarded for about 10 years of my life but the issue with that is bumps in the ground, cracks in the apex and rocks etc. If i hit them on my skateboard i could go face first into a car moving fast enough to rip my face off.

Awesome stuff. Shame Ebisu got so messed up during the earthquake. Might I suggest for the out of car dolly shots like @ 3:00 to use a skateboard with soft wheels instead of running along. It would look a lot cleaner especially if you plan on slowing the video down.

@minihux I wouldn't enjoy getting slapped by one of these cars either. I set up a board just for shots like this over rough ground. It's got a small (10 inch wide to clear the outside of the wheels) soft bristled brush mounted on the nose to sweep the path it's traveling (it's not super quiet, but with the car noises I doubt the mic would pick it up) and the board has big soft wheels that won't get wheel bite. Keep up the good work mate!
