DRIFT GHOST XL AUDIO FIXED

Hello Paul this is Roy from Lancashire, I know this is an old clip but just wanted to say I have a chost xl in white, the problem I’m having is wind noise, I have the remote but never used it and also the external mic, also the dead cat again never used it, after watching your vid I think I’ll give the remote and dead cat a go as your vid was perfect, like I said I don’t think you’ll reply as your vid is 2 years old, but anyway ride safe my friend and the Honda pan sounds great I loved mine when I had her but now got a Kawasaki gtr 1400 she’s a heavy girl but I love it anyway cheers from Lancashire 👍👍

Hi Roy hope your well my friend. I now have a drift Ghost xl and I still use the dead cat for it and if you watch my latest videos you will see the sound quality is still OK. It depends on the screen you have at the front of the bike as well my friend. If you need any further help please just ask and I will do my best to help.

All sounding great Paul. I love that area. In the past I’ve stayed at that country house hotel at Guisborough and also what used to be Premier Inn (Cross Keys??) a couple of times on the A171.

Turn the wifi off on the camera and make sure it's not paired with your phone, your audio will be spot on then. love the sound of the Pan.

Hi Paul, Im having a nightmare with my ghost drift xl audio. How did you sort yours out please. Colin.

Hi Colin the problem I had was that the mic was and still is too sensitive. I turned the mic sensitivity down to one and also the mic had a sponge over it but I also placed what is known as a dead cat over it too. Also I have a tall touring screen on my bike and that deflects the wind really good and helps with the audio. Hope this helps.
