In one month I might try and do some of this track. Please keep doing what you're doing; sharing the locations and tracks. It helps people like me get out there and choose the tracks that are within my skill set and go see it for myself. These tracks look do-able.

Hello, maybe not the best place to get some help, but i have a off question. I have to chance to buy a dr650 year 1992. It means the front fork diameter is 41mm, after 1996 its bigger 43mm. It is anything should i worried at the older model ? What do you think :) OR should i go further from my home, to buy a newer model, which has 43mm front fork. Thanks a lot :)
@SKIDSnSTUFF Жыл бұрын
Hi Adam, I dont have any personal experience with the older model DR650 but as far as the form diameter alone I dont see the 41mm being a problem. I do like the electric leg on the post 1997 bikes though :)

Hi, is the acceleration sound at 01:19 normal for the dr, or is it a sign of detonation/ignition knocking? Mine is doing the same, while my friends dr isnt making that noise under load. Greetings!

hey, i been following you for a while now and love your channel. I have some questions about the dr650 that maybe you can help answer. At 120km/h does it still have good passing power on the highway? how comfotable is it at that speed travelling for a couple hours? have you had a chance to ride a crf300l or klx300? how does the dr650 compare to eithr of those on highway? Im really considering the dr650 but th only way I would gt it over th 300's i mentioned is if it was significantly better on the highway as I have to travel a bit to get to fun trails. Let m know your thoughts please!
@SKIDSnSTUFF Жыл бұрын
She will push out to 130kmh easily enough to make passes on cars doing 110 like a walk in the park. I haven't ridden the 300's but the DR will sit on 110 all day happily, although ill hover more around 100, 105 if needing better fuel consumption
