great business for Drifta: they made a catchy name, "Drifta"; the product itself is made with inexpensive materials and easy stitching. They then get a great markup on each one. There's nothing wrong with the product; it's just overpriced, but they're getting away with it cause of their catchy name, because no one else is trying to occupy that market, and because they rightly figure you won't just make it yourself, even though you easily could. Why won't we make our own? because we are robotic, lazy, dumb consumers now.
