I welded my subframe mounts back in myself, the left rear was completely torn out. Repaired it and welded in reinforcement plates was probably 20 hours of labor at least. Have a 3.38 in mine and it will spin 3rd with 18 245s on 30psi hot, I’d check to make sure you have all the fuses out for abs/traction control and have the wheel speed sensors unplugged from the front wheels ( it also had some sort of stability control with the power steering assist that the wheel speed sensor disabled) solid uhmw or delirn bushings front to back with a solid driveshaft bearing leave the delay valve and driveshaft gweebo lol have a spare 3.15 Dif I use on longer tracks but it’s rare the 3.38 been the sauce do have a 328 with a flash tune lol it’s enough to party keeps up with zs and ls1 cars with low power obviously

I have a 325 coupe with a very similar setup. It came with a 3.15 diff ratio and I put a 3.46 from an auto in it. Completely changed the car. Look like you're having the same problem I was with tighter corners at certain tracks it would just bog and die in 2nd and not enough gear in 1st. Diff really woke it up. Keeps the rpms in the powerband. Also running high tire pressure (85 psi) and high treadwear 500AA tires helps a lot. I run a 215 on 17x8s square and works really good. Westlake SA07 are my go to
