Speaking to a mate of mine who is a pest exterminator, you probably saved yourself literally thousands as the firm would have recommended a " riddance" scheme involving several ongoing visits with traps and poisons etc. Over a number of weeks.

OSR is rising fast because the Ukraine is the main source of sunflowers for sunflower oil. The planting looks as if it is missed so no crop for this autumn meaning that there effectively no sunflower oil for 2023. The alternates are things like OSR

I tried liquidising fertiliser to spray on trees once through an irrigation system, the problem was I couldn’t get the fert to dissolve totally and it just kept blocking the large jets on the sprayer heads, took weeks to get the system cleaned out.

only put fert on with the special fert nozzels/dribble bar. dont go putting it on with your regular nozzels else it you may burn your crop right off.

I used to spread liquid urea. we had a disolving tank with a pump with marks as to how much water and how much urea, the system was designed for the job, worked well.

Have you tried sticking an air pump in the microbe tea? Won't get any anaerobic microbes as long as theres air bubbling through it. Quickly turns once the air is turned off though.

Definite downturn in the weather at the moment.second wheat looks really thick and lush.animals all look well and happy and content.Glad the rats are few and far between.

What's your thoughts on nettle tea, it's really Hi in Nitrogen, or Comfrey which is Hi in phosphorus, In conjunction with your microbes? Great video

All cover crops drilled with barley , hopefully plant food , drilled some fodder crops this week to feed them cattle this back end, we've put in a mixure of oats , rye an peas to provide fodder later in the year , cheers for viewing Rich
