I am actually working on Halloween night for this event! It has a lot of pumpkins in it! Plus, it has such a Fall and Halloween feeling to it. The best of both worlds... Ps. I just found out a few weeks ago..... I am growing my own little pumpkin inside me! 🥰 We have been trying for over two years.

I love decorating for Halloween! Last year I was a bit spoiled… my son worked for a garden center, and they stocked so many varieties of pumpkins to sell. He brought home something new for me almost every day! Lol I’ve never had so many pumpkins lining the front steps and porch to our home! Thanks again to Lindsay and all the sponsors for this event!

Today, we drove by a small local plant nursery that we like to support & I happened to spot the first fall pumpkins. I guess that I need to start planning my fall display which of course wouldn’t be complete without each unique pumpkin, inviting onlookers to smile at its beauty. & uniqueness. The pumpkin is a fall icon.

I have never been a fan to this time of season, when the weather starts to cool off, but the one thing that makes this time of year better is all the pumpkin goodies that come out. I am one of those that enjoy pumpkin spice and always trying the different things that come out!!

I love ghost stories and local haunted folk lore, especially Dracula and the Headless Horseman. I love carving jack-o-lanterns out of pumpkins with my four grandsons. Halloween is my time to shine!
