Hello coach, I maybe its too late to correct my bowling posture as I am injured already. I wished I knew this before!! I am 31 and never realised that's this was something no fast bowler should miss...... I think I have damaged by back badly as I never took care of it... I thought it was from work or just sitting in a chair!! Thankyou for the great video but coach can you please suggest what should I do for the back exercise?? I have been to physiotherapist but I don't think they understand that this can happen from the bowling.. They just treat every individual same!! They just asked me to do common stretching, nothing else!! If you could please make a video on bowlers who are suffering from the back injury and what to do about it worse very very helpful coach 🙏🙏🙏 Thankyou

Bhai pace ye decide nhi kar sakta kii aap.accha cricket khel sakte ho ya nhi. Agar apka line and length perfect hai sur consistently good length pe ball dal sakte hai to aap ek acche aur effective bowler banege
