I had my gallbladder removed recently Since bile lubricates the intestines and absorbes nutrients from food, I no longer have that since removing this organ. Constipation is common after this surgery because of this factor. I take Bile Salts for absorption of nutrients as I take a nutrient powder. The Olive oil not only provides healthy oils I need, it coats my intestines and alleviates constipation. My oil has a combination of Hemp and Omega oils in addition as well. Ever since taking a small teaspoon and Bile Salts together before each meal, I have never had problems since. It's like I never had my gallbladder removed. Sure everyone needs to watch what they eat, but if you eat anything with bread or pasta or fried factors, Olive oil coats it and assists in helping it move through the system. Don't overdo the oil because like a laxative, taking too much will make you do a 100 meter dash after a few days. Small teaspoons at a time for me.

I lowered my blood pressure 60 points in 2 1/2 weeks And my A1c count is now in normal range according to the guidelines. I tried to substitute it with a different olive oil, and my blood pressure went up right away. There are 30 times the polyphenol when olive oil is made from these trees that grow in the dry rocky Regions of Morocco. I no longer take metformin and I am soon to be finished with my blood pressure meds which I have been cutting down slowly from 75 mg to 50 mg. It works!!

I've been taking olive oil for almost 2 weeks, and unlike other remedies, this is almost instant! I've had a nearly lifelong problem with constipation and although there was no particular difference in the first few days, the last week has been perfect. Unlike herbal teas or laxatives, there is no harshness and everything feels normal. I take 2 tablespoons, juice from half a lemon, and a generous pinch of Himalayan salt. Stir slightly and drink up. It tastes wonderful, and it's easy to do. I use unfiltered EVOO. If you use an unfiltered oil like I do, you will have to be sure to keep up your regimen since unfiltered continues to ferment in the bottle. Filtered olive oil will last a little longer from what I understand. I just like the taste and look of the unfiltered since I also use it to make my own homemade salad dressing.

i have been using extra virgin on my cat's ears because she has ear mites. regular eardrops burn the skin inside her ears. olive oil takes a little longer than chemicals but it drowns mites and their eggs and is also soothing. in Italy farmers often feed leaves from olive trees to sick livestock. there is even a capsule form of the dried leaves called Olivet. veterinarians know about it.

Olive oil benefits: 1/I have used extra virgin olive oil to remove it every day, I just use sunscreen and lipstick. It's light and nourishes my skin. How to use it: wash my hand clearly and dry my hand, use extra virgin oil to massage my face for 1~2 minutes. After that, I use a wet warm towel to clear my skin. Finally, I use a foam cleanser to wash my face. 2/I have to use extra virgin oil to clear my head when it's dirty or has dandruff. It's really effective. I use it 30 minutes before washing my hair.

Olive oil is an anti inflammatory fat, which is great, but so is butter (quality butter). You can't put butter in the same category as margarine; they aren't even close. Butter, olive oil, beef tallow, fish oil/fat, avocado oil, lard, etc. (Unprocessed, natural fats) are perfectly fine to consume in moderation. Just stay away from inflammatory fats (omega-6) like vegetable and seed oils; you get plenty of omega-6 fatty acids by accident; they're super prevalent unlike omega-3s

So, here's a question: how many of these recipes can be used at once? Because he has tons of videos, but I'm assuming you wouldn't be able to literally use all of them. For instance, I am planning on using the apple/turmeric/garlic etc. mix in the morning. But perhaps I also want to try the tablespoon of olive oil/cayenne pepper/honey etc. mix later. See what I mean? Anyone have any advice on good morning/evening combos?
@laurice80563 жыл бұрын
@moonwatcher99 Great question! I like to occasionally drink a combination of about 1/4 tsp of unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother), 2-3 tsp of honey ( I prefer the taste of clover leaf), and a sprinkle (about 1/8 tsp) of Tumeric powder, and a little bit of ginger, or garlic root or powder in a cup of hot water. To get the most benefit from the Tumeric, sprinkle in a dab of black pepper and a few drops of Olive oil, or Grape seed oil. Drink this at least 1/2 hour Before a meal for better absorption in the gut. This DIY beverage is amazing for the GI system, and reduces inflammation in the joints too. Brush your teeth and tongue after consuming this because it leaves a yellow stain. And too much apple cider vinegar is not good for your tooth enamel. Check with your doctor first. Especially if you’re pregnant or nursing. Too much Tumeric can lower your iron levels. It also should be used with caution if you have a history of kidney stones. Best wishes.

@mrbillfromtoronto17212 жыл бұрын
Why tuna in oil? Will this not work with tuna in water, because of the olive oil itself? The oil in canned tuna is often soy or canola - both "unhealthy" oils. Olive oil, or avocado oil, are "healthy" oils
