saw someone in chat saying its 0.05 in australia and that it covers one standard drink. One standard drink is usually around 0.02 but a little dependent on the person obviously. 0.05 is 2 drinks for most people and after 2 drinks you may not be "drunk" but you can clearly feel an effect on your body. The fact that it is legal in some countries to drive with that much alcohol in you is insane.

As a truck driver I will give you some tips on shifting gears look at your RPM's. if it about 1200 up shift if it is below down shift if that helps. 1200 is the sweat spot as to wear you want your RPM"S to be. I dont know about European trucks but if there similar to American trucks it below 1000 down shift above 1500 up shift.
