Since I posted this shortly after I decided to purchase both sole shield and drip grip both in the same day. Sole shield came 4 days later. Im still waiting on drip grips order. I know sole shield is irrelevant to this channel but I thought I'd give some help to anyone trying to decide on a "shield" product. I'll post pros and cons of both products once i recieve drip grip.

I applied and used both of the sole protectors and drip gripp is a better product than reshoevn8er, drip gripp has the traction all over and reshoevn8er gives you a little rectangle grip paper you add on to witch was no good it ended up falling off. I had to put skateboard grip tape to actually make the product work. I've made my own sole protectors with 3m vinyl and skateboard grip tape that works too and its cheaper.

Yes they work great on 380s! Just make sure you follow the instructions especially when it comes to running the material up the side of the midsole.

Forcl ID if it’s noisy you didn’t use enough heat when applying. You don’t need a new pair just try using the heat gun again on them and pressing down very firmly.

If there’s any residue it comes off easily with rubbing alcohol and a rag.

How does the drippgripp go against icy ground? I live in a country when during Winter frosty ground are very common. Don't want to injure myself if the grip causes to slip more.

You can use a hair dryer but it doesnt work as well as a heat gun. We recommend a heat gun they’re available at any hardware store or Walmart for around $20

I bought a pair and let me tell you....the quality is better than the pair I had bought from different company they were thicker than these and made that noise everyone is talking about...but I bought these thinking they were better but is just as laud as my old ones🤦🏻‍♂️ I guess these things ain’t for Yeezys or for shoes with wedges more for flat bottoms sole...waist of money.

Not al all! If you watch the video you’ll see that by keeping the heat gun moving at all times the actual sneaker doesn’t get very warm. Only DrippGripp heats up. The heat on the sneaker is minimal.

Hey @drippgripp, I ordered a pair of these sole protectors for my 380 calcite glows and I used a heat gun and all, i feel like i put plenty of heat on the sole protectors to make sure they stick but after 2 to 3 wears, they began to peel off big time on the edges and i ended up just taking them off. I am thinking about buying another set from you guys but my question is do you think i should go higher up like to the midsole in order for them to stick very well?? Cause on my 1st try i trimmed it right at the edge of the outsole like you guys did in this video?

Hi there! The 380 isn’t quit the same as the 350. On 380s you do have to go up higher in order to have DrippGripp adhere properly. Also, if you start to see the edge peeling up try reapplying heat and pressing the edges down again.

On average people get 15-20 wears. Some people are hard on them and get less and some people get more. Using the scraps to double up on high wear areas will literally double the amount of wears you will get!
