Just a suggestion, you should paint your fireplace cream. The red brick is very rustic looking and your room is so elegant. That the fireplace really comes off as out of place. I really love the room.. very well done.

Regina Clarke I wouldn't paint over it. I would try to clean it first.....If she sale the house the value goes down. Im a realtor. You never paint over brick just redo the brick. If she planing on NOT selling her property then its ok to paint over it.

I've been in the Interior Design industry for 2 decades and I must say you've done a lovely job of glamorizing your space, lots of sparkle, very feminine and romantic. One thing however, the drapes in the entry do not reach the floor and the length as shown is awkward. If a longer length is not available, buy one more panel and use the fabric to create additional length here. The brick fireplace is a stark and unwelcome distraction in it's current state, but cream or taupe paint will solve this quickly. If you dare, try a metallic shimmer overlay after you've painted the brick. You can go right over the existing hearth with a single slab of stone (expensive) or travertine tiles (big box store) for an affordable finishing touch. Love your style! Well done!

Hi. You have a beautiful home. This is only a suggestion....if you painted the fireplace silver and white or silver and cream, it would fit better with everything else that you have in the room. nice but add a big white rug under the coffee table and run your curtain rods to the ceiling. it will draw your eye up and the room will appear larger. you can get 108in. drapes at Tuesday morning

How lovely! I would feel so comfortable in that livingroom! One thing I wanted to know, the round mirrored table by the stairs is gorgeous, I'd that from Wayfair? As someone suggested, painting the fireplace cream would enhance the style you have, the brick sort of breaks up and distracts from that glamorous look. You have great taste! With a one year old, unless you have a room set up other than her bedroom to play in, you will be in for a lot of cleaning with the mirrored pieces, often lol. I raised three boys and people were always surprised by how spotless everything was. I'm sure you'll figure it out. I will be subscribing. Keep up the glam!

Hi! Thanks for the suggestions. I don't like bugs or dirt. I refuse to live in or with either. I was brought up in a very tidy home. I need my home to be spotless. How I clean my home on the weekly bases is how some people deep clean their come. Mirrored pieces are very high maintenance. I might start doing clean with me videos. I don't play when it comes to my home. Its a reflection of me.

Really enjoyed your room tour, beautifully done. My only suggestion would be better lighting for filming. Someone commented about your fireplace, I just whitewashed my 80's fireplace. Gives a softer look but, let's the brick peep thru. for an updated look.
