Drishtibheda I Eye Movements I KATHAK DANCE LESSON - 3 I

Drishti means “vision” in Sanskrit. In Drishti Bedha the eye movements are classified depending on how we move our eyeballs. As mentioned in Abhinaya Darpan, there are a total of 8 types of eye movements. These eye movements are a very important feature of Kathak just as in other Indian classical dances.
The eight eye movements are
