Yes I read about it in The Hindu they are working 55 hours a week more than their spouse it will definitely have an adverse impact on their mental and physical well being , As per labour laws also the mentioned working hours in any workplace shall not exceed above 8 hours where overtime is 2 hours and the worker or employee have to be paid for overtime
