* GST Council is a Constitutional body (Article 279 A) headed by MoFinance. * Both Game of Chance and Skill are not illegal in India (For instance Indian states such as Sikkim and Goa and the UT’s of Damam & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli) .
