Same problem is with me. Even after my job I keep on learning little things daily and main problem is I don't have much friends. My 3 to 4 close friends are studious but they are also extrovert. but I am introvert. Currently I am facing these social problems. I yesterday said something in conversation to manager in little high tone. I become straightforward and say whatever in my mind, and it sometimes becomes rude. After watching vikas sir video , I can compare the things . I have also read some self help books but none helped me socially and communication wise. Now I think Its time to change my introvertness.

I can't say about the rest but I personally overcome anxiety issues just by reading books, although I am a student with 60-70% marks in School and JEE2012 Qualified. And I believe depression/failure can be solved by just a book "who moved my cheese by Spencer Johnson". Remarks: plz don't judge me like what is write/wrong or whatever cause I respect him, that's why I usually watch his videos. He just took an example to explain a concept and that's a great example to explain that concept.

Very nicely explained the concept sir. Conclusion is that I.Q. or E.I. need significant amount of time to build up. As explained in both samples, however it excludes the rest of the samples in the box (other students). The case also excludes a lot of other dominating factors for a individuals success or failure(which also varies with one's perception of success and failure). Bottom of the story: One needs I.Q. to answer the fact based question's and E.I. to write the descriptive one's. Hence required by IAS officers to be better than average people in both E.I. and I.Q. Thanks Sir.
