I think you should check out Original Drishyam 2 in Malayalam. It is absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately, many details in Original Drishyam 2 didn't end up Hindi remake which made Hindi remake weaker.

The quality of the film is judged by the quality of the script, performances, direction, etc. In that regard, Original Drishyam 2 is absolutely brilliant while Drishyam 2 Hindi remake is very poor.

I was waiting for Ajay sir's Drishyam and it was worth waiting. For us Drishyam means Ajay Devgan, bollywood made Drishyam popular in other parts of India else it would have sunk in there state. Another example is bhool bhoolaiyaa and list goes on

Nonsense. It was Original Drishyam in Malayalam that was made popular in other parts of India. The success of Original Drishyam in Malayalam led to remakes such as Drishya in Kannada, Drushyam in Telugu, and Then in Hindi and in Tamil around the same time in 2015.

@@Pratyush.K.R I know very well about movies. You don't need to insult me on that. Original Drishyam (2013) in Malayalam was very popular which led to the Kannada remake and Telugu remake in 2014. This led to Bollywood remake in 2015. On the top of that, there would have no remakes if there was no Original.
