the roads in my country are improving but we have the illiteracy of road rules and you can see it clearly in this videos with most drivers. 90% of the drivers that think they know how to drive don't understand road signs or simple rules for example you have to give way to cars on your right on a roundabout so i wish the the government can do something about this since most road users never went through driving schools.

I missed most of this as my flight was at night also the return flight but Kampala in the day afternoon very busy boda bodas everywhere!! 1 hour plus journey to do 43km or 26 miles in the uk 1hour you can do 70 miles so you can see the difference It take ages to get anywhere in the heat is very hard.
