I held onto my 12” 9500 which is still in pristine condition, contained in the sledgehammer vented box that came with the frame to support the magnet. I took it out of my car about 10-15 years go... lately I wanna hook it back up lol. I just don’t know how the 5 computers and all of the sensors etc would be effected on my 2019 lincoln continental. Maybe I’ll go buy another 02’ Monte Carlo SS just so It will feel the exact same as it did back in the day.

I specifically remember playing Flexin by young jeezy one time on my way to pick up a buddy and he was waiting for me outside and said he could hear the sub for over a solid minute which based on going 45mph down 8 mile to beech daly rd into his neighborhood 8 blocks I’d guess he was hearing me from up to a mile away. The amp I still have as well, Rockford Fosgate Power T1500 cs (constant power). Honestly the perfect set up for ridiculous bass but not stupid bass. Who am I kidding... it was stupid bass 😂 that amp hasn’t lost any value, it’s still the same price as it was the day I bought it. Same with the sub.
