Some people eat jambu air dipped in soy sauce+chopped birds eye chili. The easiest way is to get plum powder (from 99 speedmart for example) & sprinkle on crunchy fruits like guava 😁

What an interesting trip! Glad you bought that ceramic jar at Kuala Kangsar RnR. KKangsar is well-known for its Labu Sayong ceramic or earthenware jars. Many villagers there are skilled artisans in ceramic making and keris, although, the latter is a dying craft now. Sad.... The water jar will keep your water really cool without putting it in the fridge and tastes fresh. Looking forward to your next Genting adventure ☺️ Have and stay safe 👍

Kuala kangsar is the royal town of the state of perak, while the capital of the state is the city of Ipoh. Kuala kangsar is popular for its old picturesque mosque, *masjid ubudiah* on the hill, as well as the old Royal Palace which has been turned into a museum very close to the mosque. Then of course the town is popular for the earthenware jars called *labu sayong* and their *laksa kuala.* I like to eat at the food bazaar by the river, off the roundabout. Have *nasi campur* with variety of dishes including fish or prawns, plus *abc* or *ais kacang* or *cendol* (kuala kangsar is also popular with their *durian kampung* so if in season, I'd also have *cendol durian* yummm!)
