Hi, you don’t require a passport to visit the TLV rooftop lounge. Also no car insurance needed. It’s like a 5 or 10 minutes drive from the boarder

The hotel accepts mpesa. The menu is in Tanzania currency so you convert to kenyan shillings then pay with mpesa
