I love the maturity of this, Gracie. I got married very young because of the pressure I faced at bible college and it ended so terribly for me. Now I’m nearly 30, starting over in a new relationship, and I missed out on so much because of the path my life took. We really are all on our own time, and there is no rush to do anything. I 10000% agree with the whole “friends are in a different stage” thing, although I am married (I’m 25), my husband is in the army and I feel like we’re in our “selfish” era where he’s away with army things and I’m doing my own thing and although so many of our friends are having kids, I simply cannot even imagine having a child anytime soon and although I thought I would have a kid (somewhat) soon it’s so okay that things change :)

My first job out of college was a flight attendant for CONTINENTAL! which is now United and it was best thing ever for me! I got cancer after a full year with them and cannot imagine life any differently because I got to see the world before cancer took over my life! Hope it works out for you in future!

Gracie, I love today video. You are so honest with your answers to all of the topics you talked about in today video. You are sure right about that everyone doesn't have to do what you want them to do! No one can tell you anything! If you want to be on a cruise and travel the world so go be in. Just do what makes you happy and if that means travel for 6 months straight and vlogging everything or just parts of it then do it. No matter what God will guide you whatever path you want to be on and it is only you and God on the path just remember that. Just enjoy life the way you want to enjoy It. Can't wait for future travel vlogs and just future videos as well.

I hate tropical 😂 but I don’t usually like anything tropical flavored so I’m not too surprised and I don’t love arctic but if it’s available I’ll drink it. Love peach though! But TAKE YOUR TIME! You don’t owe anyone anything and you don’t have to rush yourself. I turned 32 on Tuesday, I bought myself a house at 29, got my masters last year, started my own small business during COVID that is rapidly growing, travel, & got into my first real/healthy adult relationship with my boyfriend last November. I’m so happy. He’s truly become my best friend. We have the best time, but we aren’t ready to get married. A year from now 🤷🏾‍♀️ potentially. But for now we’re just soaking in life and having a good time being able to just book trips and be spontaneous. I don’t see myself ever having kids and I feel like women get shamed for that. But I have a lot of reasons why I wouldn’t want to and I’ve never had the desire to. Foster/Adopt yes!! Carry? No. Lol. So you owe it to yourself to live a life YOU love! Not a life that looks good in the eyes of other people. ❤ Also- 2 of my best friends are FAs and absolutely LOVE it! I think you’d make a great FA!!! You should go for it🎉

Everyone is on there own timeline in all aspects of life. I am 23 and a PhD catidate, I should have (all going to plan) my doctorate by 25. This is a goal I have had for a long time and my focus has been on achieving it. It means my social life (and dating life) is fairly non-existant. It took me till probably last year to relise that it is okay to be on your own path. I had friends at 18 that purchased houses (not with parents money), I have so many married friends and friends in long term relationship, friends with babies and families. It can feel a little lonely when you are the lone person not in this place in your life beacuse most of my friends fall into the category of being in well established relatiships. I think this feeling of being behind comes from comparing yourself to the people around you. If I hung out with people that went clubbing every weekend and were living there best lives casually dating. But me and my friends are the book club and board games group. I am also the youngest at 23, most of my friends are late 20's, but I am comparing my life stage to someone older than me. It took alot to not compare myself to them. I used to think that I was behind because I was still at University. It took me reworking how I think to change that. I work at the university, it is my full time job, i get paid to be here, I teach undergraduate classes. It took changeing my mentality from "I am a university student" to "I work at the University". I know that love and relationships will come but I am focused on me at th moment. I 1000% want kids and to be a mum, I always have. But right now isn't my time to be a mum, it is my time to be me.

I agree find what you’re passionate about but for my fellow girlies who aren’t influencers and need to work and make ends meet it’s OK to work a job or do something you don’t like for a few months or a year while you discover what you wanna do. I know I had to work a shitty job to make a living and I can’t afford to not work and I worked a job I hate but now I have a job I love and am so passionate about (in Tampa !) and it’s ok to have to work and do the bad jobs while you find out what you like. Post grad is scary but it’ll be ok!!!
