​@@sparkle.-buggg3610 introducing certain foods into your diet helps alot, I stick mustards in my food because it's a natural anti depressant, if you stick a dab of it into your macaroni cheese you can't taste it it makes it cheesier actually 😂 and when I feel low I use sunbeds for the light therapy side of it ,the tan is a plus 🤣🙊 I recommend introducing things like that and see how it helps but I also recommend speaking to a doctor and have referrals for some counselling they are to eager to throw medication at people , I have mental health issues and I tell you even if medication works you need talking therapies to help sometimes it's our lives bringing us down and not chemical imbalances ❤

No it is a good mind set you r you that’s your way so many pressures on what we should be doing or feeling setting goals all that I am same with you go with flow your path is already made for you don’t feel pressured to be these perfectly arranged lives it isn’t realistic .. just be you your amazing calm chill girl don’t let the social media pressure you to set goals and expectations

you have the seat belt in the lower position, raise it up, the closer the neck it sits the safer it is, if you have it too low then the risk is that it slides off your shoulder during an accident, and then it can hurt you instead
