Brother, can you tell me how do you have your game so bright and colourful compared to tiger DriveClub videos on KZbin? Are you using some in-game settings or editing software?

It's been a while buddy, but yeah I think I have increased vibrance in this video with editing software back then. But you can also play like this in the game. If you go into Photomode while racing and choose Vibrant filter, then exit the Photomode the Filter will stay if you choose to.

\Hello! No, Driveclub is a PS4 exclusive :) but you can try Forza Horizon 3 on PC, if you have a powerful PC, the graphics will be really good.

I think he meant that you can use Remote Play on your PC, running the game on the PS4 but playing it on the PC. Then again, you need a PS4 to do that which, based on your first message, I will assume you don't.

Get both. Driveclub is very cheap now anyway. GT Sport is an ongoing game, so it's getting constant support and updates. GT Sport is more simulator, more challenging. Driveclub is good and relaxing, although you will still have to learn the skill to drive there properly. It's as challenging as it's fun. I say get both and you will have the best combo :)
