I really loved the Tripod in the back of the car idea! Thank you! Will be using this idea!!! I’ve only used the phone mount style before hand. But I am so interested in trying this now. Thank you!!!!

of if you don't own any fancy equipment you can use your phone to create a time lapse. also you can put your phome squished between the passenger seat and headrest for a cool passenger pov. also set the time between frames a bit low, you can speed it up in post. firstly if you go through a road with lots turns, it will look a bit better because you can slow it down. also ma favorite use, you can use it as a dashcam is case you get into an accident that wasn't your fault

Thank you so much for posting. Such a simple non complex method that gives a great result. Have just cleaned the car inside (friends have commented). Tomorrow I shall experiment. I have a 12mm (cannot fit a filter) and a 24mm will give both a go. Where do you set your focus to and do you find that depth of field matters?

I set the focus on the dashboard, but with a wide angle lens it's not that important

@@BeyondTheTime Hey, just had a question. You said something about winding roads. Would a faster shutter speed help with winding roads? For less motion blur?
@BeyondTheTime4 жыл бұрын
Well, for blur yes, but still it won't be very smooth shot.
@juanantoniocruz29374 жыл бұрын
@@BeyondTheTime what about the opposite, if i went with longer exposure for more blur? Does more blur help "smooth" out the footage?
@BeyondTheTime4 жыл бұрын
Generally it does, but if you're driving on a roundabout then you have only blur, nothing sharp besides thw car interior. On a stairght road with long exposure, things further from the camera has less blur and things far away seems sharp

Shinichi Osawa's "star Guitar" fits nicely with this, was listening to it when I found your vid. Looks great, have you done any night drive timelapses yet? I would love to see them. May I ask what is the weight you're using? I've never seen that before.

It's counterweight for the boom light stand

I like your videos very much. In this one, on min 0: 15, the time-lapse from the tram looks awesome. Is it possible to watch the entire footage? Do you have it in one of your videos?

i want to take hyperlapse inside car with mobile .. how to shoot it smooth .. wat r the things needed ....
@lucascnlp4 жыл бұрын
I don't know if this is still relevant for you but maybe you could try an old app from Instragram called Hyperlapse. As I remember it was really good with the stabilization at the time, especially if you can get your phone mounted somewhere inside the car

I use 10sec frame interval equivalent 300 speed and it not suitable for car scene🤦♂️🤷♂️😫
