Driven 2014

DRIVEN is a short film set in contemporary Ireland. It is the story of THOMAS, a man in his 40s, whose apartment is going to be repossessed by the banks. Upon hearing this news from his bank manager, we go on a journey with Thomas as he spends his last night at home in his apartment, and eventually he decides to make a stand, against the banks and the government.
Renowned Irish actor PHELIM DREW, son of Irish musician Ronnie Drew plays the lead role of Thomas.
Director Ian Thuillier is best known for his three feature documentaries -- Darkroom 2003, Ladies & Gentlemen Gavin Friday 2010 and Ghost Blues -- Rory Gallagher 2010. DRIVEN is his first fiction film.

the key to your liberation is in fact shown in this film without any of you realizing it, the scene where our man is surrounded by bills is the key, if he had noticed that all the letters demanding money were addressed in CAPITAL LETTERS to his Corporate strawman, he could have simply left them unopened & written across them this simple question, "Is this letter addressed to the living being or to a dead person using my name in capitals Capitis Diminutio Maxima ?" and returned to sender, you already now know if it is written in capital letters then it is addressed to the dead corporate entity your name in capital letters and therefor is not addressed to you the living breathing being, they address it to your Strawman simply because they can not conduct business with the living breathing being only with the corporate being , the dead person ! where else to we find names written in capitals ? on Gravestones that's right , your strawman was created in the form of your birth certificate that is in fact your strawman a piece of paper with your "GIVEN" name upon it ! what is the problem with your given name ? well it was given without your consent ! therefor any business conducted with that given name can be deemed void as all contracts can only be legal between two consenting parties ! what most don't know is that monies were set aside in an account known as your "offset" equal to your weight in gold at the time of birth and is accruing usually 8% per annum as an insurance against any damaged your corporate entity may inflict on any other corporate entity during your lifetime,the system accesses this account everytime you appear in court to pay damages,your appearance in court is simply a way of them tricking you into agreeing for them to do so ,same applies to any bills that come through your letterbox it's called double dipping we are all in fact millionares but we simply have no idea it exists or how to access it for any financial laibilities we may have ,the correct title for your character and the rest of us is "DEBT SLAVES" clever fuckers really A FORM OF SLAVERY WE CAN'T EVEN SEE !! ,the moment your character signed his mortgage agreement was in fact the very second the money was created for his mortgage plus an additional 8 times that amount via their corrupt fractional reserve banking rules which allows them to create 9 times more money than you agree to pay back AT INTEREST ! the signature of the borrower is the point where the money is created, it is a process of fraud !! if your character had asked the woman to show him the transaction on paper where the amount for his mortgage was transferred into his account he would have had them by the balls because no such piece of paper exists because he made the money via his commitment to pay ,no transfer of funds every happened he created it out of thin air simply by agreeing to pay !! brilliant !!! IT'S CALLED FRAUD !!! so in fact your character is simply a victim of ignorance on how to deal with the sorcery he and the rest of us have been subject to by the black wizards of finance, their fiat money and debt slavery is the source of our misery but their time is slowly but surely coming to an end as we slowly but surely wake up , good film happy trails MAYBE it is time to reshoot the film with this information driving the script as an opposite universe outcome, where he in fact defeats the bank takes them to court and wins leaving the audience with information that empowers them rather than the pointless death of a character who leaves the stage still in a state of ignorance of his solutions, you may not realize it but in fact what you have made is half a film there is another story to be told where it leaves off

Why not just make the bank an offer that's affordable, say £5/10 euros a week, tell them that's the best effort you can make for the moment, then actually give them a bit more than that as often as you can to show your good intention - what 'your father' said is correct. If they reject your offer, then effectively they're saying that the debt is paid. If you're in Eire, listen to People's Internet Radio for a solution.

I think we can all identify with this film and the situation that the character is in. I was hoping that it took a more positive approach to the problem, rather than take his life that he decided to become another Ghandi, Martin Luther King or Nelson Mandela. It left me feeling down and depressed and I was hoping it was going to be up lifting. Shame.
