Except that the Veyron is a completely different car, it's much more luxurious, comfortable and more street - orientated/being relatively easy to drive, while the carrera gt is a very light car which needs skilled hands, feet and a fast brain to be driven fast properly, the veyron was/is of course a technical masterpiece and still one hell of a damn fast car that'll smoke (nearly) everything on the straights, but the carrera gt is the more emotional, passionate, challenging and raw driving machine and of course the way better track car! Besides that imho it looks incredible and astounding timeless! Like the SLR McLaren it could with the way it looks released in 2016 and nobody would think that it wouldn't fit in! And the engine sound of the carrera gt is in my opinion one of the best engine sounds that the world has ever heard! it screams like hell!

Naar mijn mening klinkt deze uitlaat veel beter dan de stock. Ook goed gefilmd/ge-edit! De Carrera GT zal best een pittige auto zijn om te besturen, maar ik weet bijna zeker dat 95% van de verongelukte Carrera GT's de eigenaar verantwoordelijk is. Die overschatten hun eigen rijvaardigheden, en onderschatte de power van zo'n wagen. Na de dood van Paul Walker staat de CGT vaak in slecht beeld, en onterecht.

“Slecht beeld” de CGT is er niet minder door waard geworden. Het is sowieso altijd de fout van de bestuurder, auto’s kunnen tricky zijn maar daar moet je op inspelen.

I absolutely love the CGT. It's possibly ma favourite supercar just after the McLaren F1. Back to basics old school analog, but still high-tech with it's all carbon, ceramic and titanium technology. NA V10 and a manual. And that sound... But I mean the regular one, not the straight pipes. Never been a fan of straight pipes on CGT, I think they kill the unique sound and just make it sound like a big bike.

Great video of a great car. I know it's nit picking but, the gear knob top is of BEECH wood.. not BALSA wood. Balsa wood is very light and soft, used for model planes and gliders.

+freddytommek a client of my father got al three the hypercars of that time , this one the Porsche Carrera GT , a SLR mclaren, and a ford GT, and in person it sounds 100 times better , but the ford GT sounds even better for my taste

No, Paul Walker fans say that because he died in it, most of those people don't know much about cars anyways. This porsche in particular is a very raw supercar, similar to the ferrari f50, it doesn't have much traction control etc. So in the hands of the wrong driver yes it can be dangerous.

+Miless93 And to add to that, the car paul died in was not maintained properly at all, bad tires, hasn't been properly serviced etc. Every supercar owner knows that is a dangerous move.

Next time (if you get the chance) don't use the throttle when you drive away , the car will do itself and when ur moving you can do it yourself (it will safe the clutch) :) I still prefer the factory exhaust , the howling sounds better to me ...
