did my first run last to try it out work an 1 hour made $20.64 that's good only drove 10 miles for all 3 pick ups. had 3 more pings got sleepy can't wait to get off doing it again tonight

IMO you're providing the most useful information available re: rideshare right now. I've been trying to research as much as I can before possibly jumping in, and I've found lots of other rideshare vloggers tend to rehash/repeat/echo the same things. Now, I understand common experiences will tend to result in that, so I'm not hating in any way- I'm grateful they provide the information and insight they do. It seems you're providing more useful information though, and you're certainly providing it in a more educational format. AND I HOPE YOU'LL CONTINUE!! Also a question: I'd like to mess around with the old version of the rider app to research my market. Is there a way to have that co-exist with current version?

I am wanting to continue as well! Currently dealing with Hurricane Irma aftermath but I should be back at it before too long. Thanks for the feedback too, it's highly motivating to know I'm putting good stuff out there. I'm not pumping out videos for the sake of churning out the most videos. I don't want to waste my time or my viewer's time with filler. As for running an old and new version of the same app. I don't think that's possible (perhaps with a rooted device?). But if you've got an old phone or tablet laying around you could use that as a dedicated map device. Or if you drive Uber and Lyft with two phones you could put the old app on the Lyft phone for example.

The worst is over. Many people are still without power and gas prices have skyrocketed. Otherwise I'm alright. There's not much money to be made driving right now though. Fortunately, Uber is no longer my primary source of income.
