Why are the roadblocks taxis?

Usually the road block is formed with FBI cars or special agent cars. Since I have civilian cops in this video, the block is turned into taxi.

@@zloba95 Actually the roadblock is formed by taxis in PS1 version, I just don't know why yours didn't had the roadblock

@@user-kr2wt7vh7i It should, however. You can see how the cheat affects civilian cars too. They're also having unusual driving speed too. You can see their driving seem "bumpy". Due to that, any roadblocks should spawn at start has deformed due to that driving acceleration.
