I really enjoy your reviews especially when it comes to the Honda Accord. I am a huge Honda fan and I own a new Honda Accord Touring 2.0 t Black exactly like the one in this review. I absolutely love this car However I do have one complaint and you really can only realize this after you live with the car for awhile. Over long periods behind the wheel the seat bottoms are way too hard.. I had to eventually purchase a great seat cushion King Phenix brand which has totally fixed the problem. I owned a 2002 Honda Accord EXL V6 which I purchased new and I could have set in those seats for hours with no issues. Actually this car was so good that it is the reason I purchased this new Accord. It had 302,000 miles on it and it never had any major issues. Also in the new Accord when you are setting in the drivers seat sometimes I feel like my right leg is too close to the center console. These couple of issues are minor though and you are spot on with your review and the New Honda Accord Touring is the best sedan on the road today.

I haven't noticed this myself, and I'm a big guy who puts on a lot of miles. I think the seats are noticeably more comfortable than the 8th and 9th gen Accords.
@bcdeaton7774 жыл бұрын
@@smokesgtp I have seen a lot of comments agreeing with me on this. My old sixth generation 2002 Accord had visibly thicker seats and way more cushion. I am also a big guy and I have been driving 120 miles a day for over twenty one years. I also have a 2012 Honda Ridgeline and my wife has a 2012 Honda Pilot and I can ride in these two vehicles for hours and hours and never be in pain. Also I know that the Honda has cut down on a lot of materials to squeeze more mileage out. Thankfully I found an awesome seat cushion. If you ever need one check out king phenix brand. Perfect cushion.

I have a 2013 Honda CRV and I love it so much! But I'm very much in love with these new Accords! I've went and looked at the Kia K5, and the Subaru's but I'm drawn back to Honda every time! The only thing I worry about is winter time. I live out in the country and they don't plow our road until the main roads are clear. We get a lot of snow up here too. That's where I lean towards another CRV, but the Accord though Gahhhhh!!! Lol

Bought one of these a couple of weeks back and am very happy with it overall. I compared it against the Camry and the Accord won pretty easily for me. I do like a few features on the Camry better, but the handling while driving, the super super smooth 10 speed transmission, and the better performance overall made the Accord an easy choice. Little things like rear USB ports for me don't matter. I generally drive by myself so no one is ever in the back. Pano sunroof looks nice, but I hardly use the sunroof as it is anyway. The 2.0T has had very few issues with it. People keep spouting about 'oil dilution' but that was much more of an issue with the 1.5T, not the 2.0T But haters are going to hate no matter what. I'll be happy with this car for years to come.

I really love this car. Just newly leased it. Thoroughly happy. It’s a very luxurious feeling car because if it’s spaciousness, and power, not to mention just being attractive. Still has a slight sporty feel unlike others in it’s class too. The integrated phone charging pad is awesome. My only complaint would be it lacks a bit of storage space, but I can live with that.

Back In 2018, when my son started 3rd year of college. His GPA wasn't very good. So, instead of buying him a nice SUV, bought him a new Accord EXL 2,0T. I thought boy would cry everyday. Awesome review, George! I liked how you remained objective and pointed out the flaws of this vehicle as well! 2020 Honda Accord Touring is the best midsize sedan, I agree and if I was a rich man, it would be my pick. However it has 3 flaws which may prevent the average Joe from buying a new Accord: 1. Pricing. This you mentioned already, the MSRP for top trim is higher than all it's competitors. Not just that, Honda dealers are notorious for giving no discounts or poor discounts. That makes this new Honda Accord even more expensive after real world discounts compared to a new Camry, Sonata, Optima, or Altima. I know I can get a 5000 to 7000 dollar discount or more on a new Camry. On a new Accord? Fuggedaboutit. 2. Long-term reliability. Honda Accord used to only have naturally aspirated engines and they were amazing, now that's not the case. All the Accord trims have turbocharged engines and that may not be good if you want to own it for 10 plus years. 3. Size. It's become too big. Way bigger than the Accords of 20 years ago. Makes it more difficult to park, more difficult to stay in your lane, and makes it feel a lil less nimble.
