Thank u for explaining abt the 3rd, 4th, 5th gears that we dnt need the biting point. But when I drive and shift on second gear, the moment I release the cluth even slowly, it jolts always. Why does it?

Pivoting your foot at a point while releasing clutch is never a bad idea unless your don't always rest your foot on the clutch.

Sabse pahle to aap apne dhyan ko clutch, accelerator or brake se htake road par rkho, next ye hai ki jab aapko gear up shift ya down shift krna ho to clutch ko press krke gear lga diya kro or fir jab clutch ko release kro to accelerator ko press kiya kro, gaadi momentum nahi chhodti itna jldi, bs aap usko thoda sa fastly krne ki kosis kro, baaki ispe video upload krke aapko jrur sikhayenge taaki help ho sake.

I don't think it's a good idea. If the mat is with cavity in an another car, your shoes might stuck. Maybe better to practice take foot out of clutch
