I did one of these, if you don’t want to fight with getting the new one on simply get you some ice and ice water and soak the shaft part, and it will shrink just small enough for you to slide it on

Quick question.. I have the same truck and that part that you consider “the plastic seal” that you have to screw back on mines broke off .. will That affect the way the truck drives at all?

I installed my center bearing on my 1995 S-10 and it squeaks did I install it wrong or it needs to be broken in

I haven’t tried pvc pipe yet but if I’m unable to find some pvc pipe how in the hell are we supposed to get that new bearing on?

I have a question how did you determine that was the one for your vehicle? I actually called h&j they told me mine called for that one but when I got my truck I originally matched it to the rounder one. That ended in shit cuz the mount broke off yesterday after a good 2 months snapped letting the center support slip down

I got it from oreilys couldn’t get a oem cuz it was discontinued. The other one was like $32 this one is $61.

I have a 2001 sonoma. My three piece driveshaft has 6 u-joints and no u-bolts to get them out? they are all sealed factory. What a terrible design. How do you get them apart?

Torch it,there’s small drain holes on the sides were they are compressed. Once they are so hot it will ooze out the holes. I used my burner and propane from the day before deep frying carnitas. Worked for me,very satisfying watching the yoke ooze
