Mmm... I play Specter Ops with the family. This one seems interesting but 3 hours and the extra complexity seems to take it out of the family zone.

Nice review. I played 1st Edition back in the late 80's and early 90's and loved it. Today, I bought 4th Edition and can't wait to play it.

Awesome! I've been waiting for a reprint forever now, and I must say that it looks bjootiful. Though that's become expected coming from FFG. The only thing that I didn't like much were the miniatures. Both the sculpt and them being of a single color.

I absolutely love this game, I had to get used to some unfamiliar mechanics and I'm still getting my head fully round it but it's like it was made for me. I also give it 9 out of 10 for the 4th edition

I had the 2nd Edition and traded it. The combat system was a bit cluncky, with dice, and also the train movement system was based in dice movement. So, the question here is: is it Fury of *Dracula* or Fury of the Vampire Hunters?! This because the previous version wasn't balanced enough to provide Dracula the same chance as the Hunters, and the Hunters won the majority of games.

+Carlos Eduardo Saldanha I couldn't really tell you. I did talk about how the game balances itself in the review portion, but I'm definitely not qualified to comment on balance... mostly because I think I am a bad Dracula :)

I know more people who think it was imbalances in the other direction. The rule book offered tweaks to use if your group found the game to favor one side over the other.

I think deduction games don't have as widespread appeal is the main issue with this getting a higher ranking.

Drive Thru Review On a site note, I started playing boardgames just a few years ago and since I'm on a students budget I don't like to take a gamble on bigger games which lead me to the whole youtube boardgame stuff. Believe me when I say I've watched tons of boardgaming channels up until now but yours has quickly become my favourite over the last year. You show the right amount of depth when it comes to explaining the mechanics and your final opinion is always presented in a way that makes it easy to form my own opinion even when it differs from yours. Oh and you seem to be a pretty nice guy so that's a plus :D I hope you'll be doing this for many years to come.
