If What happened in Ibadan happened in Advance countries the parents of the children will be in jail now for ignorance and abuse of children, because announcements was sent out that the program will started 10a.m. and Police officers will be there 8a.m. why did people went to sleep in the invent and some came there 5a.m. before the day and times, that leads to the dead of the innocent children that known nothing, I wept for the innocent kids. This will stop some people from helping people, what a pity!!!
