He told me before he doesn't have any FS-65's with MBE's.

I think all the Fs-65's he has are Cat C7. We live in the same state, and our school districts are setup the same. Mostly C2's with MBE's and FS-65's with Cat C7's with some IC CE's and Bluebirds mixed in.
