it is not flat but has very nice hills to climb cliffs has nice hikes to explore the island but very few tourists go inland to explore the island away from the south coast holetown etc this video does not do credit to Barbados all along the main roads speeding is not my idea of a drive around barbados

I'm from Nassau The Bahamas. Strange seeing many jamaican comments on a Barbados page. Jamaicans are usually very biased.

@user-dd4onX that is an interesting observation however, Jamaicans are opinionative on most issues. All nationa has bias to some thing some are more than some. I think it's an interesting observation nevertheless.

It is indeed safe there, I can tell you that Jamaica is safe as well but not as safe as Barbados. Its just that the bad things are highlighted in the media more that the good.

Jamaica is not a crime-ridden country, it's on par with the more developed countries like Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Trinidad & Tobago. Jamaica is a much larger country with a large population so it's obviously going to have more social disputes than most of the smaller Caribbean. Meanwhile Haiti is in a constant humanitarian crisis. Not nearly even in the same category

Brother they're no Caribbean people in my opinion who has a similar accent to Bajans. They have their own unique and distinctive accent chief. Also Barbados is completely different to all Caribbean islands my wife and i visted. Fr 🇰🇳

Jamaica is always beautiful, it's the crime is the problem. Barbados is beautiful nevertheless and I love it. Its peaceful and the people there are well educated so you have less unnecessary disputes and violence. Love and peace my brother.

ahahhaahah If you thought it was more beautiful than Jamaica you haven't seen all of Jamaica. Barbadoes is more peaceful but Jamaica is far more beautiful and Jamicans are more friendly, open and relax. Bajans don't smile but they are helpful if you ask.

It's a small island. They call the side roads a 'gap', but they do have some dual carriageways in St Michaels, the ABC highway and up by Warrens in St Michaels the roads are much wider and open.

As a Jamaican I am surprised .I thought Barbados was lush and green with stop lights all over.The grass look burnt, which gives the place a depressing vibe..I know Barbados nice place nevertheless. Love from Jamaica 🇯🇲

Barbados is not as flat as you think! Take a drive along the East Coast Scotland District, starting from Horse Hill in St.Joseph. You'll change your mind!
