bro not all place that's developed but he tired for his community and he neglect some other places for example in my place in ikwo we don't have good road until now but i don't blame him i blame the ex governor who came from ikwo, he is the most useless man i ever seen

He wasn't useless he did some things there too. The federal university ikwo was during elechis time, the ultra modern rice mill and even the oferekpe water board was Elechi who built it.
