I"m liking the progress in Downtown Phoenix but it still looks somewhat isolated. There's still too many vacant lots. The City really needs to take advantage of the property known as the zone. With all the homeless now gone and the clean up. The City needs to lure development in that area. The State Capitol could use a face lift. Too much surface parking, dated buildings and no amenities.

Lived in Phoenix for 8 years and miss it currently live in crappy ass Seattle even downtown Phoenix looks cleaner and more peaceful downtown Seattle is a mess open air drug usage drug addicts passed out on the middle of the sidewalk.I know every place has it's drug and homeless problems but the way things are being handled in Seattle is a joke.

Agree! looks like Phoenix is working in the right direction, addressing the city issues unlike some of the other major cities
