@PatchesRips The intersection was closed off in 1996 and the bridge overpass was completed in 2001.

Re-watching this I noticed the signage at the new 409 flyover didn't mention Highway "TO 401 East".

Highway 427 sure has changed alot soo fast especially the new widening and upcoming extension

@PatchesRips It was delayed due to a dispute between the provincial government and the contractor that built the extention.
