Yes it was a national holiday that day (Easter Monday), so the city was not full of traffic jams.. :)

Unfortunately, it's much worse on a workday. I live three kilometers from the point where the video begins. After seven o'clock in the morning on a working day, the journey that starts at the 0th second of the video and lasts for one minute and thirty seconds usually lasts about ten minutes.
