🙂yes, I would take this weather in the hot summer days. Cycling was not very safe, I have seen a few cyclists getting off the bicycle and pushing it

No, not on "normal" roads like this, only on some extreme mountain roads

Well, there is not always like this all winter. There are long periods without snow, but much bigger chance of snowing if you go up in the higher mountains
