Third-world characters are still obvious in KL city atmosphere. Illegal parking, red light beating, terrible road quality. World-class city in our dream.

lacking of pedestrian walkways.........basically not a pedestrian friendly city. When commented, very defensive reply : it’s so hot no one will walk. Singapore not hot? Bangkok not hot?
